We are looking for project managers/consultants (m/f) with immediate effect for exciting digitalization projects with numerous renowned corporate customers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identification, design and implementation of digital product ideas and business models for medium and large corporate customers
• Professional communication and collaboration with senior executives
• Development of business models, portfolio and positioning strategies
• Implementation of market, competition and best-practice analyses
• Needs analysis and validation of business ideas with target groups in accordance with design thinking methods
• Economic considerations of business approaches
• Supervision of product developments and real market tests in accordance with lean start-up methods
• Project management and project coordination of internal and external operational project teams, e.g. online marketing specialists, product managers, designers, IT developers
• Creation and presentation of decision documents for corporate customers and other decision-making bodies

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Several years of experience in project management or consulting, ideally in digital or innovation projects
• Practical experience in the implementation of innovation projects
• Strong understanding of the market for medium-sized companies and large corporations
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Strong customer-oriented thinking and great communication skills
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated, assertiveness and capacity for teamwork
• Independent and result-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
